An advantageous building that reclaims the ancient and wise virtue of reuse, rediscovered as being the main means of sustainable progress. The ground floor has been re-utilised as a public and commercial space, where the existing inner courtyards have been transformed into new open piazzas conceived as the spontaneous expansion of Corso Italia. Well-lit pedestrian tunnels connect the latter with Via Giacchero in a dynamic, bi-univocal building-city relationship.
